From my morning devotion:
Proverbs 9:1 Wisdom hath builded her house, she hath hewn out her seven pillars:
also:
Proverbs 9:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.
Seven is the number of perfect completeness. The wise woman might have picked a dud for a husband. Believe me, it happens. But she has a plan.
Psalm 127:1a Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it...
She will live her life in accordance with scripture. She will make sure the kids always make it to church and encourage them to live Godly lives. And she will pray that God will change the heart of her husband.
Lord, I thank you for Godly women. I pray you give them wisdom. Give them faith to strength to build their house and favor with all her family. In Jesus name, Amen.
