I know this isn't a very popular subject outside of the most fundamentalist conservative circles. I am not telling you what to do with your life. That responsibility belongs to your spiritual head. If the Holy Spirit troubles or convicts you about what you are about to read, you should consult your spiritual head and do what he says.
Without any guile or agenda here is a biblical exegesis of Proverbs 31:10-31.
10 Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.
She is not a slave. She is loved and cherished.
11 The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil.
She is married. Her husband can deal honestly in all his business transactions instead of robbing people because he knows that she won't spend money they don't have.
12 She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.
She uses her words and actions to build him up instead of tearing him down.
13 She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands.
She is thrifty. She knows how to make her own clothes. This doesn't mean that she works outside the home.
14 She is like the merchants' ships; she bringeth her food from afar.
She knows how to get a good deal at the market. This also doesn't mean that she works out the home.
15 She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens.
She gets up early to prepare for her day. She knows how to cook and deals kindly with those who work inside her household.
16 She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard.
She isn't lazy at all. She handles money well and owns property.
17 She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms.
She is conscious about keeping herself healthy.
18 She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: her candle goeth not out by night.
She takes pride in a job well done. When she makes something it is good quality. This also doesn't mean that she works out the home.
19 She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff.
More about making her own clothes.
20 She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy.
She is compassionate. She gives of herself to those in need.
21 She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet.
Not only does she make sure that her family has proper winter clothes, but they are also nice.
22 She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple.
The word coverings is in the Hebrew refers to coverlet or bed coverings. She makes sure her clothes are nice.
23 Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land.
She has not only a man, but she has married a reputable husband. He selects his friends wisely.
24 She maketh fine linen, and selleth it; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant.
She takes the clothes she makes and sells them. This also doesn't mean she works outside the home.
25 Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.
She is a woman of good character. She knows how to have a good time.
26 She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.
It takes time to become the virtuous woman. She doesn't just wake up and decide to become it one day.
27 She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.
She keeps her hands busy. She doesn't sit around and gossip.
28 Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.
She has children. She treats her family well.
29 Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all.
She isn't a slave. She is well appreciated.
30 Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.
She knows her Bible and prays.
31 Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.
Give her proper respect!
