From my morning devotion:
Proverbs 28:4 They that forsake the law praise the wicked: but such as keep the law contend with them.
also:
Matthew 19:17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.
If we haven't tried to reach this lost and dying world lately, we should check ourselves. Your praise of ungodly men is a good gauge.
Proverbs 22:28 Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set.
It's time to return to the old ways. It's time that we put the old landmarks back. There's a reason why the old men didn't go certain places and do certain things. We end up heaping praise on those that need God.
Lord, help us to find the old landmarks. Tell us those areas where we need to live a separated life. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
