From my morning devotions:
Proverbs 5:21 For the ways of man are before the eyes of the LORD, and he pondereth all his goings.
also:
2 Chronicles 16:9 For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou hast done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars.
These are a couple of my favorite Bible passages. No matter what I'm doing, he's always got his eyes upon me. He wants me to have a successful walk more than I do. He's going to watch me and help me, showing Himself strong in my life.
Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
Don't wait too long! Sometimes we get the idea that we're not supposed to do anything, just sit here waiting for God to move in our lives. I believe we should always be moving toward the part of His will that he has revealed to us. Don't worry about you strength, he will renew it!
Lord, give us faith that we might be able run toward you will, keeping back nothing for ourselves. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
