From my morning devotion:
Genesis 33:4 And Esau ran to meet him, and embraced him, and fell on his neck, and kissed him: and they wept.
also:
Acts 4:13 Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.
It's amazing how God will surprise us, isn't it? Just when it seems all hope is lost, the Lord gives us mercy! What a great and awesome God we serve!
Proverbs 16:7 When a man's ways please the LORD, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him.
When you're in God's will he will soften the hearts of your enemies, and give you favor with them. This is one way God tries to build faith in you.
Lord, help us all to do your will. We trust in you to deal with our enemies. Build our faith, that we might please you. In Jesus name, Amen.
